The company was founded in order to provide large institutional quality real estate advisory and brokerage services to small and mid-sized business operators and investors. Our approach and philosophy to real estate is truly a part of who we are. We named the company CastleArch to honor our family’s immigration from two separate small towns in Italy in the late 1950’s – Castelgrande and Arce (pronounced ARCH-eh). As teenagers they left behind their hometowns, their friends and their own families to come and set their respective roots in America. Over sixty years later, their initial sacrifice, hard work, commitment and dedication represents the foundation of all that we do for our clients and investment partners at CastleArch Property Advisors.

CastleArch Property Advisors focuses on the leasing and sale of residential and commercial investment properties.
